Jaha for HR and People

Every promise has an owner, and the record is one people agreed to.

Jaha keeps internal answers away from guests, stops capturing when asked, and lets attendees confirm the minutes before they are locked.

HR and People

A week with Jaha

  1. Before

An agenda with owners and minutes

Every topic has an owner and its minutes, and the clock runs live in the meeting.

  2. In the meeting

    Careful with what is said

With guests in the room, an internal answer goes privately to its owner. Anyone can say “Jaha, off the record” to stop capture until someone resumes.

  3. After

    Minutes people agree to

Ask attendees to confirm, let them agree or object line by line, and the chair locks the minutes. After that, changes are addenda.

  4. Follow-through

Every promise has an owner and a date

  • No camera video

Screen content only, and only while a share is active.
