Seats, hours and how the bill is calculated
Per-seat pricing that fits how teams really work: give seats to the people whose meetings Jaha runs, let everyone else be recognized for free, and pay for the period’s peak. You never pay for a seat you only considered.
What a seat is
A seat belongs to a person you've assigned one to: someone who signs in to Jaha, or whose meetings Jaha works on by transcribing, answering, recapping and sending results. You assign seats by name from your synced directory, on the org map or a person’s page, and you can reassign them as your team changes.
Who's free
Everyone else. Your whole directory is recognized by name at no cost, so speaker names, the org map and answer scopes work for every colleague, with or without a seat. Guests from outside your organization never take a seat and are never billed, whatever meetings they join. Disabled directory accounts can't hold seats at all.
When someone leaves your organization, directory sync notices and frees their seat on its own. Offboarding doesn't come with billing chores.
Shared bot-hours
Bot-hours measure the time Jaha spends in calls. Every paid seat adds hours to one pool for the whole workspace (8 per seat on Team, 15 on Business, 25 on Enterprise), so a week full of meetings for one person draws on the whole team’s allowance instead of hitting a personal limit.
If the pool runs out, Jaha still joins new meetings for the chat (@Jaha questions and notices) but doesn’t listen until the next billing month. A meeting it is already capturing is never cut off, and you can add seats from Billing to raise the pool straight away.
How peak billing works
Each period’s bill is based on the PEAK number of seats held: the highest number you had at any point. Adds and removes aren't added up. Freeing a seat and giving it to someone else in the same period costs nothing extra, because the peak didn't change.
No surprise charges
Every seat action shows its price before it happens. Assigning a seat quotes exactly what it will add to the current period, and the quote comes from the same code that later calculates the charge, so the two can't differ. Reusing a seat the period already paid for shows as free, because it is.
Plans at a glance
Free: 3 people, 5 meetings a month, up to an hour each. A real plan, with no card and no countdown. Team: from 3 seats, $12 per seat monthly or $10 billed annually, 8 shared hours per seat. Business: from 5 seats, $29 monthly or $24 annually, 15 shared hours per seat, unlimited spoken answers, all connectors and the full API. Enterprise: from 25 seats, volume pricing, 25 shared hours per seat, your own retention and data residency.
Annual billing is about 17% less than monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the plan page in your dashboard always shows the same numbers as this page.
