Project groups

A project group is the customer, the projects that belong to it in your CRM and tools, and the people allowed to see all of that through Jaha. Link a meeting to a group and Jaha answers from that group’s records and memory, and only group members can open the meeting through it.

What a group holds

You create a group under Customers › Project groups and add projects from your connected tools, such as a Jira project, a Salesforce account or a HubSpot company. Jaha pulls in the records behind each one, keeps them up to date, and shows how many arrived from each connection as well as how many were requested.

Members and owners

Anyone in the group can see everything in it through Jaha, including CRM records they may not be able to open in the CRM itself. That's the purpose of a group, and it's why membership is explicit. Owners add projects and people, and the last owner can't be removed. Groups you aren't in don't appear in your lists, and asking for one by ID returns “not found”, never “not yours”.

Workspace rules still apply on top of this. A group never crosses a workspace boundary.

Linking a meeting

Choose the group when you schedule (the composer lists your groups under Context), or start the meeting from the group’s own panel and it's applied for you. A recurring series is linked as a whole. You can link or unlink an existing meeting from its page, and the change is recorded in the audit log with who made it.
