Questions we get asked

  • One person with Microsoft 365 admin rights clicks through Microsoft’s own consent screen, once. Nobody installs anything or changes how they schedule meetings. Scheduled auto-join takes one more optional consent and one PowerShell command.

  • Guests never take a seat and are never billed. Discretion settings decide what Jaha says out loud while they’re in the room: internal material is no longer spoken, restricted material never is, and answers that can’t be said aloud can go as a private whisper to the person allowed to hear them.

  • Whoever the source allows. Every document and connection has an answer scope (anyone, your organization, the owner’s team or only the owner), and Jaha works out who is speaking before it uses a source. Unknown voices only get unrestricted material.

  • Bot-hours measure the time Jaha spends in meetings, pooled across your whole workspace instead of capped per person. If the pool runs out, meetings keep working and extra hours are billed at your plan’s hourly rate. No meeting is ever dropped mid-meeting.

  • 30 days on Free, 90 on Team, a year on Business, and your own policy on Enterprise. Revoking consent in your Microsoft admin center cuts off Jaha’s access right away.

  • English, Arabic, French, German and Hindi. That covers the entire product, dashboard included, and Arabic runs fully right to left.
